Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Morpho account or using the Morpho plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Morpho on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

Morpho provides an AI-powered AutoCAD plugin and web platform for layer standardization. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account

  • — You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • — One account per person. Sharing accounts between users is not permitted.
  • — You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Plans and billing

  • — Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Paddle.
  • — The free trial is limited to 5 AI file conversions over 7 days. No credit card is required.
  • — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • — We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly AI file conversion quota. When the quota is reached, the plugin continues operating using Memory-only mode. Unused conversions do not roll over to the next month.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • — Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the plugin
  • — Use the service to build a competing product
  • — Abuse or circumvent usage limits through automated means

7. Intellectual property

Your layer templates, mappings, and data remain yours. We do not claim ownership over content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Morpho is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or AutoCAD file modifications. Always maintain backups of your DWG files before running Morpho.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
